    🎉 Exciting News for P.S.16 Queens! 🎉<br><br>Today, Interim Acting Principal Katherine Rodriguez among our amazing staff- proudly unveiled our brand-new turf and playground area with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony! After more than half a decade without recess, our students finally have a safe and vibrant space to play, socialize, and enjoy the outdoors every day—weather permitting.<br><br>Recess is essential for elementary school students, providing them with much-needed physical activity, social interaction, and a mental reset to help them thrive both in and out of the classroom.
